Grandad bought a new glue tube for his grand daughter. The very next day, grandad was surprised to see that the glue tube was almost empty. The child had used it to stick together most of the pages of a diary.

Grandad: "I bought the glue so that at times of emergency or urgent need, you can use it without having to search for it"
child: "But, it was an emergency when I used it!"

Grandad had no answer.

We had consulted our Paediatrician and were returning home. Since it was beginning of school season, the clinic was crowded with kids and the good doctor was trying his best to maintain order among chaos. Perhaps my daughter had taken in this environment and perhaps this was the reason for the following conversation:

Daughter: I will not be a doctor when i grow up
Me: why?
Daughter: There is simply too many different activities to take care of. I would rather become a teacher instead.
Me: why?
Daughter: because i can give punishment to the students
